H.C.R.은 핸드 메이드의 자조구(self-help device, 自助具)에서부터 최점단 기술을 활용한 간호로봇, 복지 차량까지 세계의 복지기기를 한자리에 모은 아시아 최대규모의 국제 전시회로, 17개국 530개 기업과 단체가 다양한 제품을 전시한다.
